A full site visualisation created for Lyon Build North Queensland ahead of construction at 43-47 Industrial Avenue, Bohle. The piece takes the site from its architectural plans through to a fully realised, working warehouse, covering the finished exterior, the office fit-out, and an active warehouse floor in use. The development comprises two mirrored warehouse units of 1,021m² each (821m² of warehouse space plus 201m² of office and mezzanine), totalling 2,043m² across the site. Roller access is provided on three sides of each unit, with a full office fit-out, amenities, and mezzanine level included.
